    Grab one moderately heavy object and get ready for lower body strength and conditioning work. After a simple warmup, today we will shoot the heart rate up with Reverse Lunge to Jump on both legs, Ground to Overhead and Burpees. We’ll finish our workout by a steady pace section where we work on Single Leg Deadlifts, Jumping Jacks, and Skaters. Thirty minutes to a stronger you!
