For this workout, you’ll need two moderately heavy object and potentially a chair. We’ll warm-up first and then head into Skill and Strength where we will work on Weighted Airplane Holds, develop our Handstand skill with options for everyone and finish with Dual Cleans. Our Training section will be intervals of Deadlifts, Broad Jumps, Bear Crawl and Skaters. Finally, we’ll flush it out with some stretching. Let’s rock this 35 minutes and get stronger today!
