    We’re so thrilled you’re back for another GOLD’S FIT Anywhere workout. Today you’ll need two light to moderate weights and a jump rope if you have one. We’ll spend 6 minutes warming up today and then head straight into Training where you’ll rock a 20 minute AMRAP of Push Presses, Kickouts, Situps, Double Unders (or conditioning) and Skaters. How many reps can you get? Set a goal and let’s go get it!
