    Congrats for jumping in to another Monday Bootcamp. We’ve got another fun-filled workout that only requires a duffel bag or pillow today. After properly warming up the body for 6 minutes, we’ll take on a 12-minute Interval section with Halo Slams, Plank Speed Reaches, Alternating Knee Pulls and No Pushup Burpees. Then we’ll fire up the posterior chain in a 12-minute Strength and Conditioning with Single Leg Bridges, Plank Toe Taps, and Superman Pulldowns. If you find yourself sitting more than usual these days, this workout will do wonders to strengthen your glutes. You don’t want to miss it!
