Grab two light to moderately heavy objects and get ready for take-off. We’ll knock out an easy warmup and then head into an 8-minute Interval section with Blast Off Pushups, Front and Back Lunges and Starbursts. The largest part of our workout today is a steady, 16-minute AMRAP in Strength and Conditioning section which includes Chest Fyes, Dips, Alternating V-Ups and Pike Shoulder Taps. This one is out of this world and you are going to rock it!
