    The only equipment needed for today’s workout is a chair. After a 6-minute warmup, we’ll smoke a 12-minute Interval section with Lateral Hops, Posterior Planks, Dual Mountain Climbers and a Bear Crawl. Then we’ll finish with a 12-minute Strength and Conditioning section which includes Upright Rows, Chair Rows and Break Dancers. Let’s bust a move!
