For today’s Push workout you’ll need 2 light to moderately heavy objects. We’ll dedicate 8 minutes to warmup and then go all out in Skill/Strength with 30 second Max Sprints. We’ll finish with a 16-minute Training section including Push Presses, Pushups, Wall Walks and Russian Twists. Thirty minutes to a more powerful version of you!
