Welcome to workout Wednesday. For today’s workout you’ll need a sturdy chair and an option to add two lightly-heavy objects. We’ll knock out a short warmup and then power through a 12-minute Interval section with Step Ups, Kickouts to Renegade Rows, and Plank w/Inside Knee to Elbows. Then we’ll level out the intensity with a 12-minute Strength & Conditioning section of Superman Pulldowns, Lateral Lunges and Single Arm Rows. Make it a great one!
