Find one moderately heavy object and a jump rope if you have one for today’s workout. We’ve got a solid 10 minutes to warmup before we take on a smooth and steady Training section. The name of the game today is pacing and as little rest as possible. We’ve got a 20-minute AMRAP of Jump Rope (or Mountain Climbers), and then increasing reps of High Pulls and Single Arm Rows. How many rounds will you crush today? The sky is the limit!
