Get ready to light up the posterior chain with today’s workout. You’ll need one moderately heavy weight. We’ve got 6 minutes to get the body warm and ready. Then we’ll set the lungs and legs ablaze in the Interval section with Reverse Lunge to Hops, Dot Drills and Wall Sprints. We’ll finish with an even-paced Strength and Conditioning section with Romanian Deadlifts, Lazy Dogs, Superman T’s, and Deadlift High Pulls. Feeling good and performing better one workout at a time!
