Find one moderate to heavy object for today’s Hinge and Core scorcher. After an 8-minute warmup we’ll head into a 9-minute Interval section like a boss with Broad Jumps, Planks with Knee to Outside Elbow and Alternating Skaters to Shuffles. We’re dedicating half of our workout today to a steady pace Strength & Conditioning section with Airplane Holds, Plank Hip Drops, Deadlifts and Scissor Kicks. Let’s go get those gains!
