We like to call this one “Crazy Eights”. Grab one moderate to heavy object and a bench/box/sturdy chair if you have one. Once we complete the warmup, we’ll go straight into Training where we’ll knock out 2 eight-minute AMRAPS with 8 reps of all movements. The fun will include Box Jumps (or Vertical Jumps), Alternating Snatches (or Deadlift High Pulls), Weighted Situps, Burpees, Deadlifts and Superplanks. We’ll end by earning our tickets to the gun show with 1 minute of max Tricep Dips and 1 minute of Bicep Curls.
