    We are kicking this week off with Hinge and Push. You’ll need two light to moderately heavy objects and a jump rope if you have one for today’s workout. After approximately 8 minutes to warmup, we’ll see how quickly we can complete Training with 3 rounds of Push Presses, Cleans, Doubles and a Run (or Conditioning). Our Afterburner will include some wonderful dynamic stretches that are sure to leave you refreshed and ready to conquer the day!
