Welcome to Wednesday’s Push / Aerobic workout. You’ll need one light to moderately heavy object and a bar/band if you have one for today. We’ll warmup for approximately 8 minutes today and then cruise through a 20-Minute Training section with Unilateral Push Presses, Hollow Holds, Burpees and Sprints. We’ll end the workout with 2 Inchworm Complexes which will help restore your mobility and get you ready to come back and tackle another great workout tomorrow.
