Grab two moderate to heavy weights and get ready to sweat. Our 8-minute warmup is going to prep us for some fun Hinge and Skill work in Training. Our Training section will be two 8-minute AMRAPs. The first consisting of Unilateral Reverse OH Lunges, Deadlifts, and Cross Body Mountain Climbers. The second will have Windmills, Deadlift High Pulls and Side Plank Oblique Crunches. 30 minutes of full-body fun!
