Grab two light to moderately heavy objects and a jump rope and prepare to spike the heart rate today. We have 13 minutes to fully prime the body before a fun Skill section of Jump Rope variations. Our Training section with be 24 minutes long, but only 6 minutes of max anaerobic effort with Burpees and Renegade Rows. We’ll finish today with a light arm pump of Bent Rows, Reverse Flyes and Superman I,Y,Ts. Max effort = max results!
