Find one moderate to heavy object and a jump rope for today’s Squat / Aerobic workout. After an 8-minute warmup, we’ll hit Skill/Strength with Tabatas of Jump Squats and Jump Lunges. Our 18-minute Training section today is a large volume of Singles and Goblet Squats finishing with Max Complexes until time is over. The key to success today is to keep your pace steady to have enough gas to perform Training and then empty the tank at the end!
