Today is all about one of our favorite complexes…the Turkish Get Up. You’ll need one light to moderate weight for today’s workout. After an 8-minute warmup we’ll head into Training where we’ve got 8 minutes to master each part of our complex. Then we’ll put it all together to see how many TGU’s we can get in 6 minutes. We’ll round out workout with a 6-minute Afterburner of Side Plank Dips, Pushups and Leg Raises. Let’s see those skills!
