We have an 8-minute warmup leading into a lengthy 23-minute Skill/Strength section of OH Presses, Bent Rows, Push Presses, Dual Cleans and Weighted Situps. We’ll elevate the heart rate in Training with 10 minutes of alternating Burpees and Renegade Rows. Suns out, guns out!
