Today we are lightening the load and increasing the skill work. You’ll need one light to moderately heavy object and a rowing machine if you have one. After a brief 6-minute warmup, we’ll dedicate 5 minutes to practicing and improving Windmills. Then we’ll incorporate them into a 9-minute Skill / Strength section along with Hollow Holds. Our 10-minute Training section will bring an AMRAP of Ball Slams, Rowing (or Conditioning(, V-Ups and Skaters for some solid conditioning.
