We hear you #studiofam! Even though many of our gyms are resuming a reduced schedule today, our #strongeranywhere workouts will continue for those of you not able to make into class yet. Today you’ll need two light to moderately heavy weights and rowing machine/pullup bar if you have them. The first 12 minutes of today’s workout are just prep for a hefty 20-minute Training section we have nicknamed Rocky Mountain River. It consists of a total of 1250M of Rowing (or Conditioning), Thrusters and Pullups (or Bent Rows) and our favorite…BURPEES!
