    Grab two light to moderately heavy objects for today’s Hinge workout. We’ll warmup for 8 minutes before a 14-minute Skill/Strength section with KB Deadlifts to Vertical Jumps and Alternating DB Snatches. Our Training today is 12 Minutes of “Hurry Up and Wait” which consists of Devil Presses, OH Holds, DB Cleans, FR Holds, DB Deadlifts and Farmer Holds.
