Welcome back for another day of bodyweight only BOOTCAMP. We’ll spend 6 minutes getting warmed up and then attack a short and sweet 8-minute Interval section with Wall Sits, Kickouts, Pulse Squats and Super Planks. We’ll dedicate half of our workout today to the Strength and Conditioning Section that includes Pistol Squats, Around the World Planks and Curtsy Lunges. There’s less cardio today, but go all in on the leg work and it’s sure to leave you shaking!
