We can’t wait for you to crush this Push/Anaerobic workout! Today you’ll need two light to moderate objects. We’ve got a solid 8 minute warmup before we light it up in a two-part Interval section. The first 6 minutes will be Inchworm Pushups, Bounds and Shuffle Floor Taps. Then get ready to rock as many Man Makers as you can for the next 6 minutes. Our Strength & Conditioning section will be a 10-minute ladder of Dips, Triple Pulse Flyes, Strict Presses and Leg Raises. Let’s get flexy!
